"Decent quality, especially if you catch a sale"
I’ve picked up a few dress shirts and a suit from Jos. A. Bank, mostly because I felt kind of trapped needing nicer clothes without wanting to spend a ton. the value was better than I expected. The sales really make the difference, so I usually just wait until something is marked down. The fit was solid, and the fabric didn’t have that cheap, stiff feel I was worried about. Shipping was nothing special, but it got here without any issues. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again.

I needed to swap for a different size it was way easier than I expected. The exchange was quick, no hassle at all, and I’m happy with how smooth the whole process was.

"Pretty decent stop for a shirt and tie"
I went in just needing a shirt and tie, nothing too complicated. The staff helped me out and pointed me in the right direction, so that part was easy enough. Checkout was a little slow, not a huge deal but kind of annoying when you’re ready to leave. Overall though, it was a good visit and I’d probably go back.

"Suit was actually better than I expected!"
I picked up a navy suit from Jos. A. Bank and honestly... I was surprised by how good it felt. The fabric is nice and doesn’t have that cheap feel at all, and the jacket still looked sharp after I wore it all day. I did need a little hemming on the pants, but that’s normal for me. Overall, really happy with it!

"Fair prices, no weird surprises"
I ordered a dress shirt and was happy with the whole experience. The price felt fair for the quality, and the sale didn’t come across like one of those fake discounts where they mark it up first. The receipt and order emails were clear too, which I appreciated because there weren’t any random charges or surprises. Shipping was normal, nothing amazing or terrible. It’s not the cheapest place out there, but I feel like I got what I paid for and I’d buy from them again

"Showed up surprisingly fast"
I ordered a shirt from josbank.com and wasn’t expecting much in terms of shipping speed, but it got here in about 2 days. I usually tell myself fast delivery doesn’t matter, but I’ll admit I was impressed. The packaging was nothing special, but everything was packed well and arrived in good shape. Not exactly blown away, but also no real complaints.

The shirts are good, the fabric feels nice, sturdy, and like it’ll hold up well. I just always get a little skeptical about customer service with online orders, so I’m hoping I don’t have to deal with any returns or issues

"Really nice dress shoes, comfy"
I bought a pair of dress shoes from Jos. A. Bank and I’m really happy with them. The quality was better than I expected, the leather feels decent, and they look sharp enough for work or a nicer event. They did take a day or two to break in, but after that they felt a lot more comfortable. Overall, really glad I picked them up.

"Refund was fast, but the return was still annoying"
I had to send back a shirt because the fit was off, which was already frustrating. I expected the refund to take forever or turn into some hassle, but it did show up in my account after a few days. So the timing was better than I expected, but the whole process still wasn’t exactly smooth.

"I had to send back a shirt..."
I had to send back a shirt I ordered from josbank.com because the fit wasn’t quite right on me. The return process was straightforward, and I appreciated that I could figure it out without having to call customer service.

The only small downside was that the refund took a few extra days longer than I expected, so I found myself checking my email a bit. It wasn’t a big issue in the end though, and everything worked out fine. I’d still feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Found a lot more than just a suit"
I went on Jos. A. Bank just looking for a suit and they had way more options than I expected, I ended up browsing shirts and ties too because it was all right there and easy to compare sizes and colors without jumping around everywhere, which was nice because I really didn’t feel like going from store to store...
